[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Some errors in initial SQL in Evergreen 1.0.2.3

Anyone else seen these errors?

006.schema.permissions.sql:15 ERROR: caused by a duplicate entry that
violates the unique constraint (for -1, 'EVERYTHING', NULL) -- aborts
the rest of the transaction for this file. Easy to fix by simply
deleting line 15.

080.schema.money.sql:66 ERROR: relation "money.bnm_payment" does not
exist -- aborts the rest of the transaction for this file --
money.bnm_payment is actually created in line 300 of this file

This problem has a cascading effect on many of the subsequent tables.
