also the file Open-ILS/src/cgi-bin/setup.pl was deleted pre 1.0.6.3 but
is still referenced on line 165 in Open-ILS/src/Makefile in the ILS
trunk...

FastJS.pm is deprecated.  I have removed it from the repository.
