[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Small bugfix release

Well, we had hoped that 1.0.6.1 would be the last of 1.0 ... but,
alas, no software is without bugs.  We fixed one yesterday, another
today, and made the DB connection code a little more forgiving as
well.

Version 1.0.6.2 is up at http://open-ils.org/cvs.php ... though I
strongly encourage anyone testing these days to work from the 1.1
series (soon to be 1.2), or even from SVN head, as there are many
improvements in there just itching for me to put them into a 1.2-pre1
tarball.
