Cory,

Could you include the output of:

$ ps ax | grep -i opensrf | grep settings

Your chopchop log indicates that the settings server is not registered with
the router:

chopchop 2007-03-19 11:13:02 [INFO:18472:osrf_chat.c:304:] We have no
connection for router at localhost/opensrf.settings
