[OPEN-ILS-DEV] ubuntu installation error

Hi,

I tried to install open-ils on ubuntu 7.04 strictly according to the page:
http://www.open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=installing_prerequisites_on_ubuntu_7.04

I also use the version 1.0.4.1 as it was successfully installed  as  the
above page mentioned.

However, when started it, I just got this error. can anyone help?
