[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Compiling and installing Evergreen on Fedora Core 5

FWIW I haven't found a memcache.h anywhere on my SUSE 9.3 box, either.
Presumably there is also one or more implementation files that will
need to be compiled.

(Since I haven't yet tried a full build, I could get past the
compilation by commenting out a few things.  But that's cheating.)
