Did you create those JavaScripts in /openils/var/web/opac/common/js ?
i.e.	/openils/bin
	./autogen.sh ../conf/bootstrap.conf
I had a similar problem with OrgTree.js
( see

8.html ),
which has been solved in Evergreen 1.1.5.
