[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Staff Client open-ils.circ.circ_modifier.retrieve.all not found

Just a followup, it seems I forgot -E4X when compiling my SpiderMonkey.

It now works for the most part now, except the xul client gives me a
connection error the first time I run it after booting the server, but
it goes away if I ignore it and restart xul.
