[OPEN-ILS-DEV] problem logging in as admin

Aha!  That's it.  Changing my domain from 127.0.0.1 to evergreen results in
a srfsh shell.  Thanks very much for your information and patience!
Requesting cstore gives me a load of output, but request storage does
nothing.  Odd.  And now I go back to ps, and I notice storage has stopped
running.
