[OPEN-ILS-DEV] how to login in staff-client

Hi Vijay, there are known issues with the 1.9 series of xulrunner and
the staff client, especially when it comes to self-signed certs.  Now
that 1.9 is deemed a stable release by Mozilla, we want to support it
but it's going to take some time to work through the changes.  Is it
possible for you to use the 1.8 series of xulrunner?  The Windows
version of the client also works in Linux with the WINE application.
