[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Unable to connect router to jabber server

Having a problem connecting to the Jabber Server when I issue the
osrf_ctl.sh -l -a start_all command as the opensrf user when starting
Evergreen.    Any suggestions or fixes to the problem?  Also, ran the
troubleshooting, settings-tester.pl, with no errors listed.
