[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen installation problems

Yes, I certainly remember doing step 18, but I don't remember it
asking me to specify any passwords. To prove to myself that I did
it, I ran the following:

 wlib-210:~# ejabberdctl register router wlib-210.wmlib.wmich.edu
evergreen
User "router at wlib-210.wmlib.wmich.edu" already registered at node
'ejabberd at wlib-210'

The users were supposed to have been created in step 18:

We've talked about this a bit before, and the general consensus
was
that it's okay to send questions like this to -dev; -general is
fine,
too.
