[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Clean MARX21XML Holdings

OK,
I got the holdings exported into the 999 field from SIRSI in a full MARC file.

Do I import these using the "Gutenburg" instructions 
and 
then convert to MARC21XML and run it through import_holdings.pl.

Or does  import_holdings.pl accept my MARC21XML file and do all the stuff for me?
