[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Sample Marc21XML holdings file?

While looking at how Holding/Item records can be added to Evergreen, I
came across directions on how to add MARC21XML formatted holdings [1].
The problem is, even though I can get holdings out of Voyager, because
the way Voyager stores these records, some of the fields I need for
Evergeren are in the Item record (such as barcode), so I will need to
create a custom SQL query to extract the fields I need. I think I can
get the fields I need and put them into a tab-delimenated text file, and
then convert them using a program such as MarcEdit.

OK, that is so good. However, I'm kind of confused as to what fields I
need (or don't). Does anyone have a sample MARC21XML file that they used
to put holdings records into Evergreen that I can look at? This is what
I got so far,

=LDR 00000nam 2200000Ia 45e0
=004 45402
=008 080131s9999\\\\xx\\\\\\\\\\\\000\0\und\d
=852 00$bgencoll$t1$h PS3513.R6545 R3$433006000824811

The 004, is the bib number that this holdings record attached to. The
008 was created by MarcEdit, and the 852$4 is the barcode. Also, the
gencoll is the location. Is this going to be good enough?

Edward
