[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Error Upgrading to version 1.2.2.2

Hello all,

I was recently trying to upgrade, to the latest and greatest version
1.2.2.2.  I did have 1.2.2.0 running, but I have run into a problem
while upgrading:

I can start perl, router and c, but when I try to start apache, it
fails, and I get the following error in the apache log:

Any ideas where I should be looking to fix this?
