[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Chinese Version

Hi everyone,

I posted Chinese version code to ILS-Contrib (
http://svn.open-ils.org/trac/ILS-Contrib/wiki/WikiStart). The code has
been tested on Evergreen version 1.2.0. You can have a look at
http://libnt2.lakeheadu.ca.

However, some clean up work need to be done which I didn't (I am so
lazy). Some modification might be needed for supporting higher version.
