[OPEN-ILS-DEV] PATCH: log.c (initializing a buffer)

This patch eliminates the osrf_clearbuf macro in _osrfLogDetail().
The macro is inappropriate here, because the debug version fills the
buffer with exclamation points.  We need to initialize the buffer
to an empty string.  So I set the first byte to nul.
