[OPEN-ILS-DEV] PATCH: osrf_app_session.[ch] (camel case)

These patches eliminate two deprecated identifiers in favor of their
camel case equivalents:

    osrf_app_client_session_init
    osrf_app_session

All other instances of these identifiers have already been eliminated
from the code base.
