[OPEN-ILS-DEV] User permissions error

I think I am misunderstanding the upgrade process here. Am I supposed to run
through the Evergreen initial install process for 1.2.2 and then do the
steps in the link that you provided?

the steps in the link without first doing the initial install over my
current install of 1.2.1.4 and everything still works as it did, errors and
all. Of course I am talking about the user permission errors. Please excuse
me if I am not understanding correctly. It's been a very long week. I look
forward to your answer. Thank you.
