[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Changing the default pull list limit

It is.  Grep for 100 in server/admin/server/hold_pull_list.js for the
standard pull list.  The xul based one uses server/patron/holds.js.
This should probably be an org unit setting, and at some point we'll
want to make paging interfaces or add a Fetch More button.
