[OPEN-ILS-DEV] DHCP and installation of Evergreen?

Hi Folks,
I am having real problems getting Evergreen to work on either Ubuntu (h.
heron) or Debian (etch).  I have a feeling that after several re-installs on
each, that the problem might be with the fact that I have DHCP on the boxes
that I am using, both at home and work.

It's weird because no errors happen during the install.  Then, when time
comes to test I execute /openils/bin/srfsh and log in, I get;

srfsh# ???? login admin open-ils

I have nooo idea why this might be.
