[OPEN-ILS-DEV] /home/$USER/.srfsh.xml

Dear Colleagues,

I am trying to install Evergreen on Hardy Heron (Ubuntu 8.04) and came
across the following problem when I finally tried to run the command:

/openils/bin/srfsh

The server responded:

No Config file found at /home/opensrf/.srfsh.xml

I executed the command as opensrf and as root.  The same message came up.

Should it do this?
