Hmm. I may be getting confused by spending too much time with the
upcoming 1.4 release. Let's try a slightly modified version of these
instructions:

(as root):

rm /openils/var/web/xul/rel_1_2_3_0
rm /openils/var/web/xul/server
make STAFF_CLIENT_BUILD_ID=rel_1_2_3_0 all
make STAFF_CLIENT_BUILD_ID=rel_1_2_3_0 install

You should then be able to use the Windows rel_1_2_3_0 client to connect.
