[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Circulation Problem

Hello,
 
Sorry if this should be on the users list. Anyway, apparently, at some point, someone (here) changed something on my ILS server. Cataloging works well, but when the librarians attempt a checkout, we get the following message. I'm hoping that I missed something simple...
 
Any clues for me?

Network/server failure.  Please check your Internet connection to circ.carsoncity.k12.mi.us and choose Retry Network.  If you need to enter Offline Mode, choose Ignore Errors in this and subsequent dialogs.  If you believe this error is due to a bug in Evergreen and not network problems, please contact your helpdesk or friendly Evergreen admins, and give them this information:
