It looks like you have rel_1_2_3_1 going to rel_1_2_3_0, but there is
no rel_1_2_3_0.

Try this as user opensrf in that directory:

rm rel_1_2_3_1
ln -s HEAD rel_1_2_3_1
ln -s HEAD rel_1_2_3_0

If you ever upgrade the remote side of your staff client, you can then
simply change the target for HEAD to a new build directory.
