Hi George, I can't think of an easy way.  You may be able to query
memcached for how many session keys are active.

That said, most changes to the server side staff client files will not
negatively impact (or even be visible) to active staff client users,
because the client caches interfaces the first time they're visited
and you wouldn't likely need to restart OpenSRF.  Staff would need to
restart their clients or clear all tabs and do Admin -> For Developers
-> Clear Cache to see the changes.
