Actually, the error went away when I did the patch for the 5.10 Perl problem.

Those "prototype mismatch" warnings are because you're running on
Ubuntu Intrepid and there's a known problem in perl 5.10 on Intrepid
for which I opened a bug and submitted a patch:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/perl/+bug/303765 - it
shouldn't change the results of running /openils/bin/autogen.sh

However, you do have some other problem in your setup that is causing problems:
