[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen download page revised

Dear all, by popular request, and in coordination with Evergreen
community members, the download page has been revised to make it a bit
clearer:

This is "Phase 1" for a series of proposed changes for the Evergreen
website. Here are several more planned changes:

* On the downloads page, move versions no longer in widespread use to
the code museum

* Overhaul the sidebars (some of this info is largely superceded by
the Evergreen Libraries page) and move in the items currently linked
across the top

* Move the "See Evergreen in Action" section at the top of the
downloads page into its own page (perhaps also with the test accounts)

* Hunt down and kill some persistent validation errors with the site
(a few were killed last night and this morning)

* Move the HTML for this site into revision control

* Redo the download page so it is using CSS and not tables (that was a
temp fix...)

Any other suggestions are welcome and encouraged.
