[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Can't Create bib record

Subject: [OPEN-ILS-DEV] Can't Create bib record

We have a database where we've loaded bibs in batch.  However, when I try to create a new bib I get the below error which is an insert error.  I'm wondering, is there something obvious that causes this?  Like does something have to be set for it to start incrementing to the next correct ID number as it adds more records to the db?  Is there some setup step I have missed?  Thanks.  Frances McNamara
