[OPEN-ILS-DEV] problem with evergreen webservice/staffclientaccess after installation

Thank you for your answer ... took me to come back from vacation to reply.
So here goes

In fact, none of this was a problem with evergreen but it was the result of an apache ssl setup problem resulting in conflicting uses of the server's ports. Setting up evergreen on a dedicated platform solved the issue.
