[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Init script

If you meant an /etc/init.d script, the /etc/init.d script (un-polished) 
that I have written and used in my work with Evergreen/OpenSRF to automate 
OpenSRF start/stop and other functions on Fedora and Debian is attached.
