[OPEN-ILS-DEV] 1.6 Billing Problem

It seems when we go to add a billing we receive this error. Any idea on how
to fix this or is this a bug? Funny I noticed that when an overdue book is
returned a bill is not added!
!!This software has encountered an error.  Please tell your friendly system
administrator or software developer the
following:\npatron/bill_wizard.xul\nTypeError: billing_list.sort(function
(a, b) {if (a.name() > b.name()) {return 1;}if (a.name() < b.name()) {return
-1;}return 0;})[0] is undefined\n
