What version of OpenSRF do you have installed?

Do the users, passwords, and domains that you defined in
opensrf_core.xml match the domains defined in ejabberd.cfg and the
users you registered with ejabberdctl?

As an aside, if someone has some time, an OpenSRF config settings
testing script that walked through each user defined in
opensrf_core.xml and that performed a connection test with the
corresponding credentials would probably save a lot of troubleshooting
grief down the road. There's some code that could be cribbed from the
Evergreen settings-tester.pl script for this purpose.
