Ah - those errors are nothing to worry about. It's actually a bug in
Ubuntu 8.10's Perl implementation; I sent a patch for that
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/perl/+bug/303765) and it
was accepted for the next version of Ubuntu, but I guess they don't
care about fixing Ubuntu 8.10 :)
Glad to hear you made it through the OpenSRF install gauntlet! Now on
to Evergreen, eh?
