[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Localization for Brazilian Portuguese COMPLETED

Hello All,

Thanks for all these great people that works for this amazing software.

I finished today the translations of all po files to brazilian portuguese,
now you could create the  (pt-BR) branch for Evergreen 1.4 series.

For each po files, I set a version code, where:

Versions Meaning
0.1 - some entries translated
0.2 - a quarter translated
0.3 - half translated
0.4 - three quarter
0.5 - almost entries
0.6 - all entries
0.7 - all entries with ortography checked by computer.
0.8 - after revised in running mode
0.9 - after a full revision by an librarian
1.0 - after the first three months feedback in operational mode

1.N - revisions ...
N.0 - for a new evegreen released.

All po files attached are in 0.7 version.

I would like some help, to know what steps I need to do make the first test
with these new translations.
