[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Errors at end of install

> /openils/bin/osrf_ctl.sh -a stop_all
> /etc/init.d/memcached stop
> 
> /etc/init.d/memcached start
> /openils/bin/osrf_ctl.sh -a start_all
> /etc/init.d/apache2 start


I hadn't gotten that far (starting apache), but it won't start. Not sure 
if both problems are related.

This is what I get:

/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
  * Restarting web server apache2 
          httpd (no pid file) not running
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs


netstat -an -t | grep 443 Does not return anything.
