[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Errors at end of install

I found some database errors when running settings-tester.pl, but now 
that part seems fine. I have attached a log file of settings-tester.pl.

Running login opensrf password

Returns the following (very quickly now)

Is there any other info I can supply that would help find what I have
