[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Oops another question

So, another thing.  I am into our new 1.4.0.2 db and I am able to Z39.50 to OCLC and bring in bibs.

However I cannot get at the new MARC Batch Import/Export choice on the Cataloging menu.  It gives me a blank screen.  I tested some of the Vandelay in the development server a month or so ago, so I'm thinking this must be a set  up issue.

I can't add items yet, so cannot circulate which is what we wanted to set up and test some.  Thanks.
