[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Book covers from Open Library

I'm running this on our test server at the moment, and it's working
pretty well. The coverage seems good, although (at least on our
server) there seem to be a lot of images that require a refresh before
they come through.

I do think we should backport this to rel_1_6 and rel_1_6_0 so that it
is at least an easy option out of the box. Any objections to my doing
that?
