[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Custom Booking module and Evergreen Database structure

Thanks guys.

We will explore these options and I'll let you know if we make any
interesting discoveries. Early on, Rapla looks very intriguing and most
promising in regards to integration into Evergreen.
