[OPEN-ILS-DEV] autogen errors

I am doing another rebuild of the latest stable build on Ubuntu Hardy.  At the end of the isntall I have some autogen issues.   Here is what  get:

opensrf at redwood:/openils/bin$ ./autogen.sh -c /openils/conf/opensrf_core.xml -u

Refreshing proximity of org units
Successfully updated the organization proximity
Done
