I certainly understand why your cataloger wants to view the MARC before
import. Through all our testing, we haven't had this problem and have
been able to view the MARC records (and I double checked to make sure
today since we are going live tonight) --
We get odd error messages if our authorization and password to OCLC is
incorrect, but, since you are getting a results view, that is obviously
not the problem. My only other question, as a work around, does MARC
editor for import work? While it is not an elegant way to view the
record, you don't actually import until you click on "import this
record" so it would allow your cataloger to review records before import
until someone can fix it. Sorry I can't be of more help -- I am
illiterate when it comes to the error message you got.

It is a problem,
When I click on "MARC View" I get the following debug text.
Although I am able to select "Results View" and get back to the list.
Our cataloger would really like to see the MARC b4 importing.
