[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Make craftsman the default catalogue skin inEvergreen 1.6?

If the bug's aren't extraordinary... 
We'd be pleased to use the Craftsman skin (he says without consulting anyone else!)

As you say it looks really nice and "just works" with most things.
