Let's start the meeting officially at 10 am, so that the West Coasters
will have a chance to attend. Hopefully we can have some presence in
the channel before 10 to capture David's input and take advantage of
that during the meeting - and of course, he (and anyone else) is
welcome to provide feedback directly to the list or annotating the
wiki page or at any other time on IRC as well.

I'll put a short blog post together to solidify the details of the meeting.
