[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen compatibility with Internet Explorer 8 account login

Hi,

There seems to be some compatibility issues when users log into their account from the OPAC using IE8.    We are using 1.4.0.4. I also testing using another server with 1.4.0.6 installed.

I had the same issues trying to view the my account on other Evergreen sites. The Indiana consortium sites did seem to display properly.

I tried the IE 8 Support page but none of the fixes seemed to help:
