[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen Startup Script

Sure, it is very doable, for debian/ubuntu anyway.  The script I think we
are talking about is the kind that would go under /etc/init.d/ and would be
required for us to be able to build a proper debian package, so it is
worthwhile work to do.
