If it would be acceptable to get it into 1.6.1.0 I'd prefer to hold
off.  The main thing is building the unified in-db version that
includes a normally-external stylesheet, and I would rather tackle it
all at once.  I'd like to get 1.6.1.0 out within the next month or so.
