[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen 1.6.0.1 and OpenSRF 1.2.1

I'd like to propose that we cut OpenSRF 1.2.1 along with (or before)
Evergreen 1.6.0.1.  In particular, there is a critical stability fix (1902)
and a number of other nice to have fixes since the last OpenSRF tag.
