[OPEN-ILS-DEV] [PATCH] fix in-DB ingest crash if bib contains an 856 field

Hi,

Fixes bad call to array_upper() that causes ingest to fail if the record contains one or more 856 fields.  Credit to Lee Dickens for discovering the bug.
