[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Scheduled vacuuming vs. auto-vacuuming

Hi, all.

Is there a best practice on production Evergreen systems in choosing  
between scheduled vacuums of the PostgreSQL database vs. having  
auto-vacuum enabled?
